Hotel reception very nice but room was average. Breakfast not available. Good location close to Masjid Nabwi.

Location is very Good but the service is really pathetic. The room was not cleaned. There was very low light as most of the bulbs in the room was not working. i called them to fix problems in bathroom and in the room but the only fix problem in bathroom

Location It was a 150 SAR hotel rather than a 350 one

The staff was not responding properly and they were not punctual at all. Bedsheets and blankets were not changed and when they changed it after requested, they were not clean and dint looked like washed. Even the dustbins were full of thrash. looked like they did not do anything when the previous customer left the room.

Very convenient location and very close to masjid al Nabawi. The staff were very friendly and helpful
